Critical replacements are not available on these models, ozone production or calibration is not available.

Instructions:

  1. Please ensure you package your Ohen® unit safely. If you are having issues with any accessories, include these in your package. In all other cases, we do not require the accessories for servicing.
  2. Please sign and email us the service acceptance form that will be sent to you via email with your order confirmation. Servicing will only begin once this form is returned.
